Eligibility Criteria
Educational & Technical Qualification (as on 01.12.2025)
- For Electrician, Mechanic (Diesel), Machinist, and Fitter Trades: Candidates must have passed the 10th class (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, they must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade from an institute affiliated with NCVT/SCVT.
- For Welder (Gas & Electric) Trade: A pass in the 8th class examination is required, along with a relevant ITI certificate.
- Mandatory Certificate: All candidates must hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC) or Provisional NTC issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT).
Age Limit (as on 22.12.2025) and Relaxation
- General Age Limit: 15 to 24 years for Electrician, Mechanic (Diesel), Machinist, and Fitter trades.
- For Welder Trade: 15 to 22 years.
